In regard to the advertising material submitted by third parties to Driveby Billboards Limited (previously known as Be More Visible NZ Ltd), each & every  individual advertiser is solely responsible for the content of it's material.

We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

Driveby Billboards Limited is the sole direct seller of advertising SPACE only on our billboard trailer's. You shall not deal with any third parties in relation to the sale and placement of our billboard trailers, whether hired specifically by you or not, except for those third parties approved by Driveby Billboards Limited from time to time.

Any defacing, damage, graffiti, media or cultural backlash, political or judicial repercussion to material expressed on the billboard trailer's is solely the responsibility and cost of the advertiser - Driveby Billboards Limited and/or the owner(s), director(s), shareholder(s) or staff reserve the right to no liability in regard to advertiser's material, content, subject matter, interpretation's or opinions of.

Any complaint's in regard to advertised material on Driveby Billboards Limited billboard trailer's will not be acknowledged or replied to but will be forwarded immediately to the hiring advertiser.

Driveby Billboards Limited holds the right to consider the opinions of any complaint but hold no responsibility for any complaint. We also reserve the right to edit, add to or amend above disclaimer at any time.
