Be More Visible NZ Ltd is the sole direct seller of advertising SPACE only on our billboard trailer's. You shall not deal with any third parties in relation to the sale and placement of our billboard trailers, whether hired specifically by you or not, except for those third parties approved by Be More Visible NZ Ltd from time to time.

Any defacing, damage, graffiti, media or cultural backlash, political or judicial repercussion to material expressed on the billboard trailer's is solely the responsibility and cost of the advertiser - Be More Visible NZ Ltd and/or the owners, director's, shareholder or staff reserve the right to no liability in regard to advertiser's material, content, subject matter, interpretation's or opinions of.

Any complaint's in regard to advertised material on Be More Visible NZ Ltd billboard trailer's will not be acknowledged or replied to but will be forwarded immediately to the hiring advertiser.

Be More Visible NZ Ltd holds the right to consider the opinions of any complaint but hold no responsibility for any complaint. We also reserve the right to edit, add to or amend above disclaimer at any time.
